A precisazione di quanto erroneamente indicato nel volume di guida alle prestazioni in programma per L'Inadeguato, Carmelo Romeo (all'epoca membro della Frazione Clandestina) non ha avuto parte nella fondazione degli Uffici per l'Immaginazione Preventiva.

Unlike formerly stated in the “Inadeguato” programmed performances guide book, Carmelo Romeo (at that time member of “Frazione Clandestina”) didn’t took part in foundation of Prevemptive Immagination Offices.

[Announcement to the populations] is a ten folds offset print (cm 100x140) compiled and realized by Lillo Romeo, Luciano Trina and Francesca Zattoni in September 2011.  other AVVISI ALLE POPOLAZIONI
AVVISO ALLE POPOLAZIONI is an enterprise of www.arteideologia.it consisting in industrial printing of big papers typed on both sides. These papers can be posted and browsed in public places.
Since we don’t concern about coming and going in an abstract reality but into physical one, Avviso Alle popolazioni is oversize, beyond-size and anti-sizes: it’s designed to be handled and browsed, with the same difficulties of a geographic map, in the streets, into cars or home. Therefore, Avviso Alle Popolazione is a typographic performance doing and undoing itself; opening and closing itself to get itself into use, from far or close distance, among existences made problems-full by forced obsession of private property of real estate and moving things, by poligraphy and photography, topography and calligraphy, biography and pornography.
Unmatching, unpackaged typography, thence shapeless and always at number zero, nevertheless not aiming at zero degree of image and writing, of figure and background, of forehand and backhand. Migrating Types and Graphics, just like umbrellas and sewing machines looking for meetings, this time not accidental, over the wide dissection blanket of speech no more crestfallen in self-care, but not even deceived and solaced romantic projections and emphatic walks into the other and the otherwhere.
